h2 Recruit are pleased to announce the promotion of Mike Chapman into the position of Divisional Manager. After a very successful 2013, culminating in finishing the second half of the year on 137% of target Mike has proved himself as a consistent biller within the sales recruitment space and as such has deservedly earned a promotion into management.

Mike's success has come in a variety of industries including Business Intelligence, Market Research and Legal Software and he is now building himself a satisfied client base, leading to on-going recruitment projects and true partnerships.

Mike has already started 2014 strongly, hitting target for both January and February and will now start his career in management by taking one of our new January starters under his wing to try to replicate his own success.
