The Role
In this brand-new Customer Success Manager position, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of our client’s Mid-Market and Enterprise Accounts in the EMEA region – likely to be around 40 accounts in number. All accounts are active spending customers and all need top drawer support for onboarding, delivery and have huge opportunity for growth, so this is a commercial CSM role… not just customer service.

The Candidate
We are keen to speak to Customer Success Manager candidates with previous experience selling and supporting a “Marketing-led” solution into the Corporate and Enterprise world – whether that be Marketing Software, MarTech, Social, Analytics, Employee Advocacy, etc.
You will ideally have experience in both Account Management and Customer Success as this is a CSM role that requires and expects a focus on revenue retention and growth.
You will be naturally inquisitive, someone that really values the importance of getting under the skin of a client’s requirements so we can ease the pain and deliver value.

The Package
On offer for a new Customer Success Manager is a competitive based salary in the region of £45,000 - £50,000, an uncapped and rewarding bonus/ commission plan providing an additional £20,000 per annum as a minimum for top performers.
You will be provided with excellent onboarding, training and support and will be backed-up by fantastic product and sales team, so you can have confidence in the quality and ROI of what you are selling/ supporting.
