Description:
A global market leader in the HR software space who have an offering based around employee recognition, employee engagement, employee benefits is looking to add an Event Manager to their UK team as part of their continued growth.

The Role:
You will be responsible for organizing which industry events the company will attend and then organizing the process of being ready for the show, from the stand, who is attending etc. You will also be responsible for working alongside the marketing team to devise company events for both customers and prospects so the company can offer thought leadership sessions to their customers alongside their technology platforms


The Candidate:
You will be able to demonstrate success in an Event Manager role ideally within the HR world. You will need to be someone that understands the end to end process of setting up and organizing company events for customers and prospects, as well as being someone who can identify which industry events to attend through to the logistics of the event including things like ensuring you have the right marketing collateral and scanners to collect data on who comes to the stand etc. It is also advantageous if you have worked for a software / technology business in the past.

The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £30,000-£35,000 with pension, health and a range of other benefits are included.
