The Role:
As an Account Executive / business development manager your primary responsibility will to manage an end to end sales cycle with HR leaders and “C” level decision makers across a diverse range of customers. You will need to be someone who is comfortable with all aspects of the sales cycle from initial contact through to presenting and working with key stakeholders to deliver a clear business case to the business. Any exposure selling in to professional services (legal and accounting) or financial services would be a distinct advantage for this role
The Candidate:
You will be highly successful sales professional with a demonstrable track record of achievement of new business generation as an account executive / business development manager. You will need to be someone that can demonstrate consistent over performance of target. Ideally this will be within the employee engagement, performance management or other HR software solutions, however they may also consider people that have sold other forms of SaaS / PaaS in a new business capacity and delivered strong results in terms of new business in to the professional services market place.
The Package:
For the right individual you will be eligible for a competitive basic salary in the region of £65,000 - £90,000 Uncapped Commission structure with an ote of double your base salary £130,000-£180,000 which is uncapped with an accelerator. You will also have the benefit of working for a very secure and stable organisation that provide superb working conditions and training as well as an aggressive growth strategy for the UK region which will open up careers opportunities for the right individual.
