Description:
An award winning player in the employee recognition and engagement space is looking to add an experience new client success manager / customer success manager to their team managing a number of customers circa 40 across the enterprise and large mid-market space
The Role:
As a client success manager / customer success manager you will be responsible for managing a number of accounts and helping them with all aspects of support from initial onboarding ensuring a seamless transition from sales to client success through agreeing KPI’s they are looking to achieve and then monitoring those KPI’s to ensure you are taking ownership of customer usage. You will manage the day-to-day relationship and answer all queries, issues and assist with offering guidance on how to get maximum impact and usages of the system. You will also be responsible for driving engagement through targeted campaigns, events and communication strategies as well as taking ownership of the renewal process as well as looking for growth opportunities within your account base through upsell and cross sell opportunities.
The Candidate:
You will be highly client success manager / customer success manager from within a SaaS environment that can demonstrate a successful track record of exceeding expectations on key targets such as account renewal targets, customer churn, portfolio growth and customer satisfaction targets. Any exposure to HR as a decision maker is a plus as it would be if you have any experience in employee recognition, employee engagement, employee benefits, employee wellbeing etc
The Package:
For the right individual you will be eligible for a competitive basic salary in the region of £40,000 - £45,000 with a bonus on top of another £6,000 paid quarterly.
