Description:
A global leading technology player is looking to add a head of account management / director, enterprise account management to their team for their automated business transactions (SaaS) based team due to their growth for their EMEA based team. If you have a background of leading a sales teams through 2nd line management and experience within , finance and accounting, tax technology, trade, compliance or legal technology this could be your dream role
The Role:
As head account management / director enterprise accounts you will be responsible for the strategy for account growth across the EMEA region through devising best in class account based marketing campaigns. Managing 3 teams across the region through their regional sales leads you will be responsible for ensuring they are working collaboratively both internally with solutions consultants to ensure they deliver the best sales presentations and professional services, as well as externally with partners and alliances for strategic opportunities. You will also be responsible for managing the renewal process for existing customers and ensuring high retention rates and identifying accounts at risk. You will also need to work with the marketing team to identify and target new logos in specific regions and markets as priority customer prospects.

The Candidate:
You will be a highly successful head of account management / director enterprise accounts with a track record of success with your teams of at least 10 years. You will need to be someone that works in a structured sales process such as Miller Heiman, SPIN, Challenger etc. and can demonstrate success of ensuring your team follows the sales process. You will also need to be able to demonstrate having worked with a business going through a period of change and managing teams through managers as such 2nd line management experience is a must for this role.
The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a rewarding base salary of €150,000-€170,000, health and a uncapped commission plan with an ote of a further €100,000.
