Description:
A global leading technology player is looking to add an Enterprise Sales Manager to their business to drive the sales performance of a team of new business hunters selling a revolutionary AI SaaS Legal technology solution to the corporate / Enterprise market
The Role:
As sales manager your will take responsibility for leading a team (already in place) selling a range of SaaS offerings based around AI and digital transformation for inhouse legal teams and general counsel. You will be responsible for all aspects of sales management from setting the strategy and monitoring of performance, implementing KPI’s and ensuring accuracy of pipeline management and forecasting through ensuring the team is using all the sales enablement tools at their disposal. You will also be expected to work with some members of the team to take them from selling point solutions to enterprise wide solutions as well as being present in major opportunities and working with the team on RFI’s, RFP’s in order to help with managing the sales process and closing deals in the enterprise space

They have a very strong customer base already using a range of other services they offer, as such you are in a prime position to take this exciting award winning offering to the market place
The Candidate:
You will be a highly successful sales manager / director with a track record of success within legal and or compliance SaaS sales and will be able to demonstrate success as closing large enterprise SaaS deals with large complex businesses FTSE 500. They are expecting deals that can range from £150k-£1m as a combination of SaaS licenses and professional services / implementation revenue. They also have a range of other solutions across the legal and compliance space ranging from regulatory compliance, AI contract review, AI document automation and composition. As such you will need to be someone that has worked in a complex long sales cycle software environment that also has complex requirements for implementation.
The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £100,000-£120,000 depending on experience, health and a uncapped commission plan of £90,000 ote.
