As part of our fantastic company culture, h2 Recruit have been busy over the past year with our monthly ‘budget club’. This centres around rewarding our consultants for their hard work and overachievement for every month that we hit target as a business.
Over the many years h2 Recruit has been active we have rewarded high achievement with a range of all-expenses paid day outs. This has included Go-Karting, Paintballing and Laser Tag, a London Treasure Hunt, a Cocktail Masterclass, a River Thames Boat Cruise, Zorb Ball, Bowling and many more. The day culminates with taking the team out for dinner, drinks and then to dance the rest of the night away! Some of the photos of these past budget clubs are shown below.
At h2 Recruit we feel that rewarding hard work with fun team building exercises not only develops a strong team ethic but allows everyone to unwind and reap the rewards of their combined achievements.
